CERTIFICATION
Participants in the program that reach the defined criteria for participation and attendance receive a certificate of Participation in the program.
Also, after completing the ODR course, participants may decide to assess their skills and knowledge in order to be a Online Certified Facilitator Professional or a International E-Mediator Certified.
In both cases, your skills will be evaluated by an independent professional.
Online Certified Facilitator Professional
In order to have this certification, after the end of the program, you must record a facilitation of a meeting online with at least 3 people in the meeting (excluding yourself). This video must have the length of a minimum of 20 minutes, and you can use the subject at your choice. (evaluation criteria communicated during the course)
International E-Mediator Certified
